Our services are available to individual pet families, veterinary teams, rescue organizations, shelters, and other pet-related businesses. By using our services, you represent that you have the legal right to make decisions regarding the aftercare of the pet in question.
2. Service Inquiries and Confirmations
Inquiries for aftercare, including emergency pickups, may be made via phone, email, or our website. Requests are considered confirmed only once you receive a written or verbal confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to refuse service based on geographic limitations, capacity, or safety considerations.
3. Roles and Responsibilities
Veterinary teams, rescues, and shelters are responsible for maintaining accurate identification and medical history of the deceased pet until transfer to our care. Pet families are responsible for providing clear instructions regarding aftercare preferences (e.g., cremation type, memorial products). Rest & Return is responsible for the documented chain-of-care from the moment of pickup to the final return or disposition.
4. Payment, Invoices, and Fees
Service fees are outlined in our current price list or provided via specific estimate. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to interest charges or administration fees. In the event of failed payments (e.g., returned checks or declined cards), the client is responsible for all associated bank and collection fees.
5. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations or changes to aftercare arrangements must be made as soon as possible. Pickups that have already been dispatched or completed may be subject to a non-refundable transport fee. Once cremation or processing has begun, no further changes or refunds can be issued.
6. No Medical or Legal Advice
